Fees (Scope-Based)

Consulting fees are finalised case by case, based on the specific requirements and complexity of each engagement.

Scope & Complexity

The breadth and depth of advisory support required, including technical complexity and stakeholder involvement.

Urgency & Timelines

Time-sensitive matters requiring expedited response or immediate attention may require adjusted engagement terms.

Volume / Expected Bandwidth

The anticipated workload, number of matters, and ongoing commitment required throughout the engagement period.

On-Site vs Remote Involvement

Whether physical presence is required at client location or if remote advisory support is sufficient.

Documentation & Drafting Load

The extent of written submissions, responses, representations, and formal documentation required.

Level of Coordination Required

Coordination with clinicians, MRD, management, regulators, banking authorities, or other stakeholders.

Important Notes

  • Engagement is advisory and does not create an employer–employee relationship.
  • Court appearances, advocate fees, statutory payments, and third-party costs are not included in the advisory fee.
  • Any travel or out-of-pocket expenses (if applicable) are discussed in advance.
  • Fee structure can be reviewed periodically based on scope and volume.

Next Step

To receive a scope-based proposal, please share:

  • The type of support required (retainer or specific matter)
  • Current context and urgency
  • Expected volume and timelines
  • Whether on-site support is required

How We Work

Engagement models designed to match your needs—whether you require ongoing advisory support, case-specific assistance, or specialized documentation services.

Monthly Retainer

Ongoing Advisory

Best for institutions or clients who need steady support through the month.

  • • Ongoing guidance on grievance handling and escalation management
  • • Preventive risk review and compliance support
  • • Review of notices/complaints and response planning
  • • Drafting/review support (within agreed scope)
  • • Process improvement guidance and documentation discipline
  • • Periodic review of SOPs or compliance gaps (as required)

Retainer scope is defined upfront and can be scaled based on volume and complexity.

Case-Based Advisory

Per Matter

Best when support is needed for a specific matter without a long-term retainer.

  • • Review of the matter (complaint/notice/records/documents)
  • • Fact verification coordination (as required)
  • • Risk assessment and recommended response strategy
  • • Support to create a complete, defensible narrative
  • • Coordination inputs for advocates where required (without replacing legal counsel)

Drafting & Written Submissions

Standalone

Best when the primary need is drafting/vetting of formal communication.

  • • Replies to statutory authorities/regulators
  • • Formal responses to grievances and complaints
  • • Representations to banks/ombudsman/authorities
  • • Drafting support for detailed submissions, affidavits, rejoinders (where relevant)
  • • Structured documentation aligned with facts, records, and legal sustainability

Audit & Compliance Review

Inspection Support

Best when clients anticipate inspections or need structured readiness.

  • • Readiness review (documents/registers/records)
  • • Audit coordination support with internal teams
  • • Support during statutory inspections/compliance reviews (remote or on-site)
  • • Follow-up actions: closure notes, corrective actions, documentation improvements

Claims & Process Documentation

Support

Where required, support may be provided to strengthen documentation and follow-up for claims/process closures.

  • • Documentation checklist and file review
  • • Clarification support and coordination inputs
  • • Structured follow-up approach with relevant stakeholders (Government schemes/TPAs/banks, as applicable)

Note: All engagement models are scope-based. Consulting fees are finalised case by case, based on scope and complexity, urgency and timelines, volume/expected bandwidth, on-site vs remote involvement, documentation and drafting load, and level of coordination required.

Important Notes

Advisory engagement only: The engagement is advisory in nature and does not create an employer–employee relationship.

Exclusions: Court appearances, advocate fees, statutory payments, and third-party costs are not included in the advisory fee.

Additional expenses: Any travel or out-of-pocket expenses (if applicable) are discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Periodic review: Fee structure can be reviewed periodically based on scope evolution and volume changes.
